A Academia Little Dragon foi pensada e desenvolvida para melhorar a sua qualidade de vida.
Acolhendo o conceito de saúde holística, proporciona aos seus associados um treino completo, envolvendo corpo e mente.
A saúde holística melhora a qualidade de vida do ser humano, pois está baseada no conceito de que o Homem não é apenas corpo nem apenas mente, mas sim a soma dos dois.
Para haver uma saúde completa é necessária uma harmonia entre ambos.

Se gosta de fitness, ginástica ou apenas desporto por lazer, bem estar ou preparação física, dispomos de actividades para todas as idades, para que possa manter-se em forma e ao mesmo tempo divertir-se, com música animada apoiada pelos mais diversos aparelhos.
